We will choose a young Black or Latino, who is a motivated college graduate (college graduate or 5 years of history in the culinary industry) a Brooklyn Dumpling Shop owner!

due to over 2,000 applicants we have narrowed our selections to a very impressive group of 10 young ladies and gentlemen whom we have personally interviewed .... this has been an extremely difficult decision and now even more so by choosing the 3 finalists.
